WhiteBlue’s R2D (Ready to Deploy) approach was implemented to identify and onboard certified consultants who could deploy, manage, maintain and monitor various Cloud assets with proven SOPs keeping optimal usage of AWS and Cloud Security at core.
Certified consultants from its Data Engineering CoE devised data models after analyzing the data from multiple business streams. Provisioning Data Catalog, which is a fully managed scalable metadata management service in GCP, brought in sustainability and the required documentation for long term needs. Also, implementing tag template solution made it easy for searches, as metadata could be equipped with technical and business information.
WhiteBlue’s Analytics CoE detailed out business requirements and designed a dashboard using Power BI to provide deep insights for tactical and strategic decisions. As a solution to gain visibility on the goods movement, custom visual maps were used to plot the live location of the rakes and trucks which are carrying the goods. Trend charts were created which helped the business team in forecasting. Mobile friendly personalised dashboards and reports were created so that the operations team can get the data they need at their fingertips.
