Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in retail banking.
- Proven expertise in developing finance dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong understanding of retail banking products, services, and financial metrics.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience with SQL and data warehousing is a plus
